Is the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Worth the Cost

DVC breakdown

Is Disney Vacation Club (DVC) worth the cost? Well I consider myself well versed at traveling amongst the Disney World Parks and Resorts.  I have been booking trips for myself, my wife and my two daughters since they were toddlers.  We have been to the parks almost every years since 2005. We have stayed in Pop Century (our favorite), Art of Animation, All-Star Movies, Coronado Springs and one year stayed off-site at the Castle Hotel (at the time a Doubletree Hotel) on International Drive about two miles from Universal…

Here’s How to Experience Disney World Without Buying Park Tickets

By Carlye Wisel The Walt Disney Company With the recent ticket increase and upcharges introduced at Walt Disney World, it seems more expensive than ever to hop between Magic Kingdom and Epcot or be among the first to experience Animal Kingdom at night. Guests can actually meet Mickey Mouse, slurp on a Dole Whip float and even watch all three evening fireworks shows without having to purchase admission. The main thing you’ll miss out on are the attractions—and don’t worry, we won’t try to convince you that the monorail is just a slow rollercoaster—but everything from…
