After a two plus year closure, the Disney All-Star Resort has now re-opened.  This is a milestone as the Disney All-Star Resort was the last of the Disney World Resort Hotels to still be closed due to the pandemic. Disney started welcoming guests back on March 30, 2022.

After an almost two year suspension, Disney’s Festival of Fantasy parade has returned to Magic Kingdom in Disney World. This is the first time that the parade has been seen since March of 2020!!! As listed on disney.com, the parade is scheduled to run daily at 11:30am and 2:30pm.

Disney CFO Christine McCarthy mentioned that the park experiences are still not quite up to pre-pandemic expectations, but they are getting there. She talked about how Disney has announced the return of nighttime entertainment and that daytime parades would soon be returning. McCarthy also noted that the “traditional meet and greets” would be returning soon. […]

Disney has announced that as of February 17, 2022 they will no longer be requiring FULLY vaccinated guests to we masks in the parks. All guests will still be required to wear masks on all Disney transportation, this includes Disney Skyliner, Monorail, and buses.

Originally scheduled to reopen on February 11, Splash Mountain in the Magic Kingdom has finally reopened on February 12, after a refurbishment.
